it mentions we can only developer the connection for business to automate conversation chatbot with users via official dealers - does it mean we have to reach to one of the dealers under Chat Counselling 카카오비즈니스 to get the webhooks and permissions to respond to user messages? Is this the one way to integrate a customer service chatbot system?
Are there any other ways we can build a Proof of Concept to showcase a demo on a kakao channel? I read about upgrade to a KakaoTalk Business Account - can I do this to receive user’s incoming messages via webhook and respond back to users? Or must option (1) above is still a mandatory step?
KakaoTalk messages are private messages between individuals and, for privacy protection, are not integrated with other services.
As an alternative, there is Biz Message, which allows communication with customers through a business channel.
To integrate this, you can use Consultation Talk (상담톡), which is available through contracts with authorized partners (dealers).
