안녕하세요. 직접적인 번역에 사과드립니다. 한국 전화 번호가 없어도 카카오 지불금 잔액에 대비하여 개발할 수 있습니까? 나는 시험 지불을 승인하고 싶습니다. 그러나 나는 한국 전화가 없으며, 단지 미국 전화 번호입니다. 이것을 극복 할 수있는 방법이 있습니까? 감사

Thank you so much for your interest in Kakaopay.

If you do not have a Korean phone number, you can not actually make a payment with Kacaopay.
And You can develop and test Kakaopay service only when you have Kakaotalk app in your test phone.

We provide Kakaopay service only in Korea for now.

Can you clarify your statement? Are you saying that we can use the app to test our integration without setting up a south korean phone number?

Thank you for your question.
You need both a South Korean phone number and kakaotalk App on the phone in order to test and use kakaopay service.
