2. 문의 및 동의 철회
변경된 이용약관의 내용에 동의하지 않으시는 경우, 서비스 탈퇴를 요청하실 수 있습니다.
변경사항에 대한 공지, 고지일로부터 개정약관 시행일 7일 후까지 거부의사를 표시하지 아니하면 본 변경 약관에 승인한 것으로 보고 변경된 이용약관이 적용됩니다.

Article 11. Member’s Obligation ② The Member shall not conduct the following activities. Kakao may suspend the Member’s use of the Service or terminate the use agreement without prior notice if the Member conducts any of the activities below: 11. Enter false information, or incorrect information, as parameter that is required for Service use, including the developer account’s profile (name, email address, company name), information about the Application/service (service name, icon, website domain, package name, market URL, bundle ID). This includes retaining previous information even after the information has been modified and updated, registering a shortened URL, then modifying and using the link of the shortened URL with malicious intent, or any similar actions. 13. Violate laws that shall be complied with under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Article 27-2 (Public Disclosure of Policy on Managing Personal Information) and the Personal Information Protection Act, Article 20 (Notification on Sources of Personal Information Collected from Third Parties), in association with using, providing to a third party, and/or entrusting the process of user’s personal information, which is provided and/or entrusted for process, or collected directly by Kakao and/or the Service. ⑥ The Member shall abide by all of the following in order to protect personal information in Programs the Member operates. If Kakao becomes aware that the Member violated any of the obligations below, Kakao may restrict that Member from using the Service or terminate the use agreement. 5. Faithfully abide by all of the Member’s obligations that are prescribed by the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and other related laws and regulations associated with protecting personal information. ⑧ If the user’s personal information was provided to Kakao as data, as specified in the above Clause 7, the Member shall acquire the user’s consent to provide personal information to a third party, as is stipulated in the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. |
Article 11. Member’s Obligation ② A Member shall not commit any of the following actions in using the Service. In any of the following actions, Kakao may suspend the member’s use of the Service or terminate the Service Agreement without any prior notice. 11. Sincerely comply with the obligations of members under laws and regulations related to the protection of personal information, such as the Personal Information Protection Act and the like. ⑧ If the data set forth in Paragraph 7 corresponds to personal information, Members must obtain consent from their users to provide personal information to third parties pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Act. |

Notify the media or users that the error has occurred due to reasons attributable to Kakao even though an error occurred in their service for reasons not related to the service provided by the Company 29. Cause any inconvenience or damage to the Company or members’ service users with your service (including cases that occur in members’ service connected via the service) 30. Copy, reproduce, change translate, publish, broadcast, type into a search engine or directory, or provide to others information (including but not limited to data, secret key, access token, etc.) obtained through the service and Developer Center, without prior consent of the Company 31. Article 7. Handling of Long-Term Unused Apps If your registered app has not requested for more than six(6) months in a row, Kakao may delete information of the app registered in your Membership Information to ensure service stability after a separate notification. |
1. Date of Revision
The revised terms of service and operation policy shall take effect as of February 1, 2021.
2. Inquiry and Withdrawal of Consent
If you do not agree to the revised terms of service, you can request to delete your service account.
If you indicate no intention to reject the revision from the date of notification/notice until seven(7) days after the effective date of the revised terms of service, it shall be deemed that you have approved the revision and the revised terms of service shall thereby be applied.
