Is it feasible to send a message to a KakaoTalk Channel via Rest API? I was able to search for this endpoint https://kapi.kakao.com/v1/api/talk/channels/:channelId/messages but I can’t seem to find it on the API documentation anymore

Channel messages can be sent through an authorized dealer.
You must use the API provided by the official dealer.
