We have a request from the client. Our system will listen when an order is created or a shipment updated, then System will send a message to the customer’s KakaoTalk App.
We are worried if KakaTalk supports sending messages.
Someone know this, can advise us the solution

Message APIs provided by KakaoDevelopers are not suitable for orders and delivery information because they are provided for social activities between users.
I recommend you to send me a biz message notification talk.
The notification talk can be system-built by the dealer.
