카카오모먼트 API

Hi we are experiencing problems with accessing the API.
We are able to get a refresh token successfully using our app, but when we try to access any endpoints in the Kakao Moment API using the token we keep getting the following response:
{‘msg’: ‘permission denied’, ‘code’: -5}

We don’t know why we aren’t able to access any endpoints, is there any settings with our app that are missing or any scopes we are missing when connecting with oauth?
The client that is connected using oauth should have the right permissions set on their user connecting.

We would appreciate any help we could get with this.

모먼트 오픈API 담당자입니다.

모먼트 API는 대행사 혹은 광고주로 확인이 되어 권한이 부여된 앱에 한해서 사용이 가능합니다.
확인해보니 APP ID 497490은 모먼트 권한이 없는것으로 파악됩니다.
카카오내 담당 세일즈를 통해 모먼트 권한을 신청하실 수 있습니다.

내부 추가 확인 결과 모먼트 오픈 API는 카카오 공식 대행사에만 제공이 가능하며 그 외 대행사에는 권한 부여가 불가합니다.
하단 페이지에 공식 대행사 리스트를 참고하시어 권한 신청 가능한지 확인 부탁드립니다.
