Hello,

We represent HARD TAB LLC, a US company. SuperCheap (App ID 1613093, https://supercheap.market) is already a Biz App registered with a D-U-N-S number.

The account owner has no Korean resident/alien registration number, Korean mobile subscription or Korean-issued card, so the eligibility verification cannot be completed.

Please advise on manual verification or an exception for business information review and requesting optional phone_number permission for Kakao Login. Optional account_email is already enabled.

These contacts are used with consent to identify and link the user’s SuperCheap account.

Please tell us which documents are required and where to submit them privately.

Hello,

For overseas businesses that cannot complete identity verification using a Korean mobile phone, we can review their requests through DevTalk.

However, your website is not eligible for the phone number consent item. We can only approve consent items that match the information collected in your standard registration flow, where users manually enter their details.
