I am the founder of Kivu, a Super App currently under development in Kigali, Rwanda. We are integrating Kakao Login to build bridges between the African and Korean digital ecosystems.
The Problem: I have completed the integration, but I am facing a “geographical” challenge: I cannot receive the Korean verification SMS here in Rwanda to create a test user account and verify the final flow.

A Kakao account required for Kakao login can be created using either a phone number or an email address. (However, a phone number is required in order to use KakaoTalk services.)
Therefore, it is possible to create an account and proceed with testing without Korean SMS verification, and your Kakao account should work as well.
We may not have fully identified the exact step where Korean SMS verification is being requested. However, based on our tests using a personal account, the login process works normally without a phone number.
Please let us know if there is a specific scenario where the issue occurs, and we will be happy to take a closer look.

One question from me, its for next 8-12 months can you recommend 3-5 bloggers travelers who talk about or can come to East Africa, like most popular in Korea, travel bloggers? Thank you
