Hello Guys,
We have developed a Bizz App that is connected to a Business Channel.
I understand we can send messages to our users who have added the channel as a friend via the Front-End dashboard.
I understand that we can use the friend api to send messages and templates via the Bizz app and API,.
What I fail to understand is how are we able to send messages as a Business to our channel friends as a business channel and not directly as a message coming from the Bizz app?
