I am currently working with a Kakao Business Channel and using the Kakao APIs to communicate with users who have added our channel as a friend. I would like to clarify the following point:
When a channel owner (or agent) sends messages to users through the Kakao Business Portal (dashboard), is there any API available to retrieve the details or history of those outgoing messages?
In other words, while I can send and receive messages using Kakao APIs, I would like to know if there is a way to also programmatically access the message logs (including outgoing messages that were sent manually via the Business Portal UI).
Could you please confirm whether this is currently supported, and if so, provide documentation or guidance on how to implement it?
