[Kakao Moment] Template 요청 오류 error when sending personalized messages

Dear Kakao support,

I am facing an un-documented error Template 요청 오류 with internal error code 4102 when using the sendPersonalMessage API with campaign Id 1234649, ad group Id 3279274, and creative Id 26506641

However, creating another campaign/ad group for another OA, then create an identical creative works as usual.
Please kindly help investigate this issue, and let me know if I have done anything inapropriate.

Hi, I’m sorry for the delay in answering.

The channel you tried was for developers, you can’t use it from July 30th.
Please create another kakao channel and send it. thank you!
