Kakao ads delivery tracker url related

Is Kakao a self-attributing network? According to the introduction documentation of the MMP, it seems not. I need to configure the corresponding Pixel&SDK ID in the MMP backend and generate an additional tracking url. However, after generating the tracking url, I cannot find the entry to input the tracking link in Kakao’s advertising backend. Where can I input this tracking url?
