Is user id uniq cross different apps?

If all the user ids of app A is setA, all the user ids of app B is setB, is the intersection of setA and setB empty?

Yes it is. App user id is unique in all apps.
So, you can not intersect with app user ids.
As yet we don’t support the feature.

I am using Kakao App A in which user1 has 1234 id but when the same user1 is login with Kakao App B, the userId is something else. How it can be same in both?
