제가 개발 중인 앱은 사용자의 폰 또는 SNS에 저장된 사진을 편집할 수 있는 기능을 포함하고 있으며, SNS의 사진을 불러오기 위해 페이스북, 인스타그램, 카카오 SDK를 사용하였습니다.
그런데 앱을 등록하는 과정 중에 아래의 사유로 리젝이 되어 문의 드리게 되었습니다.
리젝 내용을 요약하자면 내 앱이 SNS의 사진을 다운로드 하는 것이 제3자의 권리를 침해할 수 있는 기능이며, 이를 해결하기 위해서는 애플리케이션에서 계정 정보를 요청, 표시 또는 배포하는 데 필요한 모든 권한 또는 권한이 있음을 증명 문서를 첨부하라고 하네요.
이 앱은 OEM의 개념으로 여러 업체에 앱 이름만 다르게 납품되어 이미 서비스 중에 있고, 지금까지 같은 사유로 리젝된 적이 없어 조금 당황스럽습니다.
애플이 요구하는 카카오 개발용 SDK를 사용함에 있어 사용자의 컨덴츠에 엑세스 할 수 있는 권한에 대한 범위가 명시되어 있는 문서 또는 내용을 어디서 참조 할 수 있을까요?

5. 2.2 Legal: Intellectual Property - Third Party Sites/Services
Guideline 5.2.2 - Legal
Your app contains content or features that may violate the rights of one or more third parties. Specifically, your app requests, displays, or distributes third-party account information in order to allow unauthorized access to said service.
Specifically, your app enable users to download photos from instagram.
Your app and its contents should not infringe upon the rights of another party. In the event your app infringes another party’s rights, you are responsible for any liability to Apple because of a claim.
Next Steps
To resolve this issue, please attach documentary evidence in the App Review Information section in App Store Connect evidencing that you have all necessary rights or permissions to request, display, or distribute account information in your application. In accordance with section 3.2(f) of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, you acknowledge that submitting falsified or fraudulent documentation can result in the termination of your Apple Developer Program account and the removal of your apps from the App Store. Once Legal has reviewed your documentation and confirms its validity, we will proceed with the review of your app.
