2 weeks ago I send request for access to OpenBuilder, but I now i don`t have access. Please, help me.

Is this mendatory that you receive a message from a channel?
I think that Kakaotalk API would be more helpful than using Kakaotalk Channel.
In your case, you can implement a function that send a Kakaotalk message to your Kakaotalk when your server got an event to notify.
Furthermore, you don’t need to get an approval from Kakao for using that API when you will send messages to only yourself.
You can also apply a bot for this, though, I would use Kakaotalk API for that requirement in this case.
