I want in my app to call kakao and chat with someone

my app want call kakao talk up and chat with someone that i know phone or email.Is there any good way.like URL scheme or other method.i find a url like kakaolink://send,but can’t find the phone param.if your have some good idea or official documents,thank you for sharing.

Unfortunately, Kakao call are not available through the open API.
