How to get the consent items checkbox is selected or not selected response in API?

Hi Team,

Can you please help us to get the solutions for below queries,

  1. If the data is present in the account (Name, birthdate), will the person be asked the Optional question to collect that data?
  2. How to get the consent items checkbox is selected or not selected as response in API? Which API should use to get this response? We are planning to trigger email to users based on this response.
