I am an individual developer based in Japan, developing a web service called k-pool.
I would like to request the account_email scope for user registration and linking Kakao accounts to existing k-pool accounts. However, the Email consent item currently shows “No permission.”
When I try to switch to a Biz app for individual developers, the identity verification process requires a Korean mobile phone number and a foreigner registration number. I do not have either.
Is there an alternative identity verification process available for individual developers residing outside Korea?
If not, is there another way to obtain permission for the account_email scope?
