How can a company set up the map service

Hi Kakao team,

Thanks a lot for developing the very great service tool Kakao map.

As a foreign company which need map service in Korea, we would like to use Kakao map API service. As the predicted service volume & inquiry is lower than free quota, we understand we don’t need to pay to Kakao when we are ramping up. But for the contractual relationship between us, I have 2 questions.

  1. Can we just create a developer account and for API application
  2. As a developer for the company, he should accept the T&C for it only as developer to accept the consent. But in operation phase, the service is run by the company.

No problem. Anyone can make it and test it.

What does T&C mean?

  1. T&C of kakao account.
  2. Your company’s T&C.
  3. Kakao Developers’ T&C.

The Kakao Developers app can be used by anyone who agrees to the terms and conditions.

There is no problem in making and using it separately for development and operation.

But how to accept the terms and condition as a company, do we need contract between 2 companies?

Subscription to developers.kakao.com may require consent to the terms and conditions. There is no need for a separate contract.
