Will client able to support gray scale image support?

when uploading a image to wide image template, the image upload was block and provide below message:
The error message from kakao is:
RGB 색상 체계 이미지가 아닙니다.
However I don’t see gray scale image is unable to support
I’m not sure which feature you used. Could you please explain how to reproduce the issue?
For message templates, the image you attached is uploading correctly.
