You can create cumstom audiences through
- Create engagement target API
- Customer file registration
- Targeting > Custum Audience Target > Additional settings > Categories (ufoInterests, ufoBusinessTypes)
- Targeting > Custom Audience Target > trackerTargetings (Pixel & SDK)
- Targeting > Custom Audience Target > Kakao User (TalkChannelTargeting, SyncAppTargeting)
- Register Friend Group (supports on “Kakao Talk Channel” campaign type only)

I have checked the customer file API , it only support ADID (Advertising ID) , How to get the ADID ? could you explain this ?

Kakao does not support collecting ADID for advertiser’s services.
Advertiser collects ADID by themselves.
