2022년 9월 22일자로 아래와 같이 카카오디벨로퍼스 서비스 약관 및 운영정책이 개정되어 사전 안내 드립니다.
주요 변경 내용은 다음과 같습니다. 상세 내용은 표를 참조해 주세요.
- 회원에 대한 통지 및 공지 체계를 정비하고, 원활한 통지 수신을 위한 회원의 의무를 새롭게 규정
- 서비스 이용에 제한 되는 행위 및 금지된 행위에 대한 정책 보완
- 운영정책 제 8조 조항 신설로 인한 조문번호 정비

제17조 이용제한
① 카카오는 회원이 이 약관 및 운영정책에 따른 의무를 위반하거나 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해한 경우, 경고, 데이터 삭제 요구, 일시정지(플랫폼 기능에 대한 개발자와 앱의 액세스 제한 포함), 이용계약의 해지 등으로 서비스 이용을 단계적으로 제한할 수 있습니다. ② 카카오는 전항에도 불구하고, 회원이 현행 법령을 위반한 경우에는 즉시 서비스 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다. ③ 본 조에 따라 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계약을 해지하는 경우 카카오는 제9조에 따라 회원에게 통지합니다. ④ 회원은 본 조에 따른 이용제한 등에 대해 카카오가 정한 절차에 따라 이의신청을 할 수 있습니다. 이 때 이의가 정당하다고 카카오가 인정하는 경우 카카오는 즉시 서비스의 이용을 재개합니다. |

1. 변경시기
변경된 서비스 약관 및 운영정책은 2022년 9월 22일부로 효력이 발생됩니다.
2. 문의 및 동의 철회
변경된 운영 정책 및 서비스 약관의 내용에 동의하지 않으시는 경우, 서비스 탈퇴를 요청하실 수 있습니다.
변경사항에 대한 공지, 고지일로부터 개정약관 시행일 7일 후까지 거부의사를 표시하지 아니하면 본 변경 약관에 승인한 것으로 보고 변경된 이용약관이 적용됩니다.

We inform you that Kakao Developers Terms of Service and Operating Policy will be revised as of September 22, 2022.
Major Amendments are as follows. For the detailed amendments, see the table below.
- Re-organized the notification and notice system to members and defined new obligations for members to receive notices without any issue.
- Improved policies against acts subject to the restriction of service use and prohibited acts.
- Added Article 8 to Operating Policy and amended the numbering system of the policy.

Article 17. Restriction of Use ① Kakao may gradually limit the Member’s rights to use the Service, through warnings, data deletion requests, temporary suspensions (including limiting developer and app’s access to Platform features), and terminate the use agreement if the Member violates obligations defined in the Terms of Service and the Operating Policy or interrupts the normal operations of the Service. ② Kakao may immediately terminate the Service use agreement if the Member violates existing laws, despite the provisions in the Paragraph above. ③ Kakao shall provide notifications to the Member in accordance with provisions in Article 9 if use of the Service is restricted or the use agreement is terminated in accordance with this Article. ④ The Member may submit a formal objection to the restriction of use using procedures defined by Kakao. If Kakao deems the objection to be justifiable, Kakao shall immediately restore the Member’s ability to use the Service. |

Contents that are in violation with governing laws (Medical Service Act; Act on Establishment and Operation of Private Teaching Institutes and Extracurricular Lessons; Act on Registration of Credit Business, Etc. and Protection of Finance Users; Value-Added Tax Act; Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc; Indirect Investment Asset Management Business Act; etc). 3. Stock and share information or services provided by businesses that do not meet qualifications or requirements stipulated by relevant laws, including quasi-investment advisory businesses and stock investment advisory businesses which are not registered with the Financial Supervisory Service. (E.g. unlicensed stock reading service, consulting service, copy trading, AI automatic trading, etc) 4. Contents that are prohibited to minors in accordance with relevant laws including the Youth Protection Act and the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. (adult broadcasting, adult online communities, adult goods, dating service, etc) 10. Services related to tobacco, alcohol, guns and swords. (Provided that services related to e-cigarettes and alcohol may be allowed as an exception, pending Kakao's review, if an adult verification process is provided within the services.) |

1. Date of Revision
The revised Terms of Service and Operating Policy shall take effect as of September 22, 2022.
2. Inquiry and Withdrawal of Consent
If you do not agree to the revised Terms of Service and Operating Policy, you can request to delete your Kakao Developer’s account.
If you indicate no intention to reject the revision from the date of notification/notice until seven(7) days after the effective date of the revised terms and policy, it shall be deemed that you have approved the revision and the revised operating policy shall thereby be applied.
