Cannot parse valid URL with some of special character

When URL having special character it is throwing error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

For example, https://my-site.com/article-label%3A-metallic-bronze/article-1.html

Its not working to post my blog content on kakao story.

Please let me know proper solution.

@anon68621922 I am sorry. I couldn’t get the solution about this issue from KakaoStory team yet but I heard that he was considering this patch. So I think this issue will be resolved but not yet(Unfortunately I don’t know the due date).
(I will ping this issue to him again next week if I will not receive any update at that time).

@anon68621922 Could I know how you post the link on KakaoStory? When I tested it at https://developers.kakao.com/docs/restapi/tool, I couldn’t reproduce it because this KakaoStory API bug in Developers was already fixed.
