Biz wont connect

when i go to this link, 카카오비즈니스 the Manage channel-app associations, it says “There is no biz app available to connect.” But when i go to this page, “카카오계정”, it says that my platform is a biz.

how am i able to connect my biz in the Manage channel-app associations

Is the channel certified for business?

Yes. I registered as individual business

Unfortunately, individual developers without a business number cannot set up
