Hi team,
We have a request from the client. Our system will listen the stats of warn when it occur, then the system will send a message to the user kakao tlak app.

I servey some of kakao app and Kakao Dev talk. “biz message notification talk” may be the solution.
However, because of foreigner, I can’t do the “User identification”.
Besides, this case is in feasibility assessment stage, I can’t get the business information for biz app information.
How can I do?

By the way, if we need pay fee for biz message notification talk?

For the above, you should use the Biz Message 알림톡.
And the Biz message is only available through the dealer.

It has nothing to do with “Biz app for an individual.”
