1.개발 가이드에서 API 활용 범위, API 사용 제약을 반드시 확인하세요.

2.검수 방법

반드시 신청하시는 서비스에 API나 SDK가 연동되어 정상적으로 호출이 된 상태만 검수받을 수 있습니다.

  1. 해당 앱의 ‘[내 애플리케이션 > 설정 > 일반 > 비즈 앱 정보 > 사업자 정보 등록]’ 에서 비즈앱 신청을 해주세요.

** Biz app setting purpose: We plan to provide customer service using Message API to our users.**

  1. 신청에 사용한 사업자등록증 사본을 카카오 계정(@kakao)에 메시지로 전달해주세요.

  2. OWNER의 개발자 계정 (email), 앱 이름을 알려주세요.

    • OWNER의 개발자 계정은 ‘내 애플리케이션 > 설정 > 팀 관리’ 에서 확인하세요

  3. 앱에서의 API를 활용하는 이유/방식을 알려주세요.

  4. 메시지 전송 API가 적용된 서비스를 저희가 직접 확인하기 위해, '로그인을 하는 시점부터 해당 서비스까지 이동하는 순서’를 상세히 알려주세요. (아직 서비스에 반영되지 않았다면, 릴리즈 계획을 알려주세요.)

    • 이미 오픈/운영중인 서비스는 iOS/Android 마켓 링크 혹은 웹 서비스 주소를 알려주세요.

  5. 테스트가 완료되어 서비스에 적용된(될) '실제 동작 화면 영상 혹은 캡쳐’를 첨부해주세요.

3.검수를 마친 후

검수를 마치면 "내 애플리케이션 > 설정 > 사용자 관리 > 동의항목 > 설정"에서 “카카오톡 메시지 전송” 접근권한 관리항목을 설정할 수 있게 됩니다.

sorry for late to reply.

message api provide sending message between app user(customer).
“biz message” is better way for sending message from service provider to customer like customer service.

and biz app setting for foreign developer is processed through kakao custom service.

How can we subscribe to message API with foreign business?
We do not want to use ‘Biz message’

Hi @sid.seo, I understand it’s more troublesome for you to verify foreign company, we would really like being able to support our customers on KakaoTalk and we would highly appreciate your help to guide us in the right direction. Would that be helpful if we submit our Singapore Business entity information? Thanks a lot for your help,

I’m sorry to say, this message API is not suitable for your purpose.
your purpose seems to send message to your customer on behalf of you Kakao business account.
but, Message API provide sending message between users(They must sign up your service and must be friend on KakaoTalk). if you use message API, you can only send message as user account not business account.

so, i recommended biz message which is very suitable. but if you don’t want to use it, there is no way to help you

and i’m not in charge with verifying business app.
if you request partnership for using biz message, this will be resolved, also.

requesting partnership for biz message is commonly processed by biz message official dealer but, i’m not sure for non-domestic business.
or sorry to trouble, you cloud contact kakao custom service again about biz message.
