안녕하세요, 카카오입니다.

사용자 개인정보 보호를 강화하고 서비스에 필요한 범위의 배송지 정보만 제공하기 위해, 사용자의 전체 배송지 목록을 반환하는 배송지 조회 API v1이 2027년 4월 6일 지원 종료됩니다.

배송지 조회 API v1을 사용하는 서비스는 아래 내용을 참고하여 필요한 조치를 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.

일정

  • 배송지 조회 API v2 제공: 2026년 10월 01일(목)
  • 배송지 조회 API v1 지원 종료: 2027년 4월 6일(화)

변경 내용

조회 대상 특정 배송지 또는 배송지 목록 전체 기본 배송지 또는 배송지 ID로 지정한 배송지 1건
요청 파라미터 address_id, from_updated_at, page_size address_id
배송지 응답 필드 shipping_addresses 배열 shipping_address 객체
배송지 보유 여부 has_shipping_addresses 제공하지 않음
동의 필요 여부 필드 shipping_addresses_needs_agreement shipping_address_needs_agreement

필요한 조치

배송지 조회 API(v1)를 사용 중인 서비스는 2027년 4월 6일(화) 이전에 조치해야 합니다.
v1 지원 종료 이후에는 API 호출이 실패 처리됩니다.

  • 배송지 목록 UI에서 사용자가 선택한 배송지 정보가 필요한 경우: 배송지 피커 사용
  • 배송지 한 건의 정보만 필요한 경우: 배송지 조회 API v2 사용
    • 호출 엔드포인트를 /v1/user/shipping_addresses → /v2/user/shipping_address로 변경
    • 응답 파싱 로직을 배열(shipping_addresses) → 단일 객체(shipping_address)로 수정
    • 동의 여부 필드명 shipping_addresses_needs_agreement → shipping_address_needs_agreement로 변경
    • 배송지 보유 여부 응답 필드를 사용하던 경우, 해당 로직 제거 또는 대체 처리

If your service uses Retrieve shipping address API v1, please refer to the information below and take the necessary action.

Schedule

  • Retrieve shipping address API v2 available: October 1, 2026 (Thu)
  • Retrieve shipping address API v1 end of support: April 6, 2027 (Tue)

Required action

Services using Retrieve shipping address API (v1) must take action before April 6, 2027 (Tue).
After v1 end of support, API calls will fail.

  • If you need shipping address information that the user selects in a shipping address list UI: use the Shipping address picker
  • If you need information for only one shipping address: use Retrieve shipping address API v2
    • Change the endpoint from /v1/user/shipping_addresses to /v2/user/shipping_address
    • Update response parsing from array (shipping_addresses) to single object (shipping_address)
    • Rename the consent field from shipping_addresses_needs_agreement to shipping_address_needs_agreement
    • If you use the response field for whether the user has shipping addresses, remove or replace that logic accordingly
