2026년 2월 6일자로 아래와 같이 카카오디벨로퍼스 서비스 약관이 개정되어 사전 안내 드립니다. 개정 내용은 아래와 같습니다.

제17조 이용제한 등 ② 카카오는 전항의 규정에도 불구하고, 회원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우, 사전 통지 없이 즉시 해당 회원의 서비스 이용을 제한하거나, 서비스 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다. 1. 관련 법령을 위반한 경우 2. 운영정책 제3조를 위반한 경우 3. 이 약관 및 운영정책 제4조 또는 제5조에서 금지하는 행위 중 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 중대한 사유가 있는 경우 가. 「청소년보호법」 기타 관련 법령을 위반하거나, 미성년자에게 제공이 제한되는 콘텐츠를 제작·유통·제공한 경우 나. 제3자의 서비스가 카카오 서비스 또는 카카오의 제휴 서비스(예: “for Kakao” 명시 등)로 오인될 우려가 있는 표시, 명칭, 운영 방식 등을 사용하는 행위 다. 사회적 물의를 야기하거나 사용자 피해를 유발할 우려가 있는 서비스 유형(예: 계정 공유, 비정상 결제, 인위적 트래픽 조작 등)을 제공·운영하거나, 해당 서비스와 관련하여 카카오 고객센터 신고 접수 또는 관계 기관 신고 사례가 확인된 경우 라. 카카오의 서비스 안정성, 보안성 또는 운영 질서를 저해하거나 저해할 우려가 있는 일체의 행위를 한 경우(예: 비정상적 과다 요청, 시스템 접근 시도, 데이터 변조 등) : (신설) ⑤ 카카오는 본 조에 따른 서비스 이용제한, 이용중지 또는 계약해지로 인해 회원에게 발생한 손해에 대하여 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임을 부담하지 않습니다. |

문의 및 동의 철회
새로운 카카오디벨로퍼스 서비스 약관에 동의하지 않으시는 경우, 서비스 내에서 “탈퇴”를 신청하여 회원 탈퇴를 하실 수 있습니다.
변경 사항에 대한 고지일로부터 개정 서비스 약관시행일 7일 후까지 거부의사를 표시하지 아니하면 본 변경 서비스 약관에 승인한 것으로 보고 변경된 정책이 적용됩니다. 변경 사항에 대한 궁금한 사항은 데브톡으로 문의 바랍니다.

Violate the Juvenile Protection Act or other relevant laws, or produce, distribute, or provide restricted content for minors b. Engage in activities that may lead to Kakao's service or partnership services being mistaken for a third party's service (e.g., use "for Kakao" labels, similar names, or misleading operating methods) c. Provide or operate services (e.g., account sharing, abnormal payments, artificial traffic manipulation, etc.) that may cause social disputes or harm to users, or where such activities are confirmed through reports to the Kakao Customer Center or relevant organizations d. Perform any acts that impair or are likely to impair the stability, security, or operational order of Kakao's services (e.g., excessive abnormal requests, unauthorized system access attempts, data tampering, etc.) : (New) ⑤ Kakao shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members as a result of service restrictions, suspensions, or terminations under this Article, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. |

Appendix ① The Terms of Service shall become effective on February 6, 2026. However, the Terms of Service shall be applied to new members on the day they subscribe to the Service if they subscribe between the Terms of Service announcement date and one (1) day prior to the effective date. |
Inquiry and Withdrawal of Consent
If you do not agree to the amended Terms of Service, you may terminate your membership by deleting you Kakao Developers account.
If you do not express your disagreement by seven (7) days after the effective date of the amended Terms of Service, it will be deemed that you have agreed to the amendments, and the amended policy will apply. If you have any questions regarding the amendments, please contact us via DevTalk.
