Hello, I want to create chatbot.
From https://devtalk.kakao.com and https://github.com/plusfriend/auto_reply I understood that I need to register to Open Builder (https://i.kakao.com) to make chatbot.
First attempt to register failed.

I filled all info to PlusFriend and its status changed from “Unverified” to “Uncertified”.
Do I need to authenticate for Business certification to register to Open Builder ?
