Hi
I want to build a customer care kind of solution where my server would receive any message sent by an end user to my channel/profile. i should then be able to use the messaging api to respond to this message.
i can see that the message api has only send to self or to follower function and also there is no provision to register a webhook or passively read the messages sent to my channel.
please advise if it’s possible to receive customer messages through API / webhooks so i can leverage messaging api.
