How to Enable User Management

나는 카카오에 새로운 사용자입니다. 앱을 만든 후 “카카오 계정에 로그인 및 API를 사용하려면 사용자 관리를 사용하도록 설정하십시오.” . 라디오 버튼으로 사용자 관리를 활성화 할 수 없습니다. 그것을 켜는 다른 방법이 있습니까?

사용자 관리는 개발자 사이트내에 UI를 통해서만 설정할 수 있습니다. 다른 방법을 제공하지 않습니다.
User Management can only turn on(or off) on the Kakao Developers’ website. It’s sad to say, we’ve not supported to access different way.

you have to display save button in the bottom.
It’s not official but you can access English version site partially. try to open https://developers.kakao.com/change_locale/en .
Can you try to open other web browser such as Firefox, Safari?
